Radionics offers the highest number of QA checks to maximize patient safety:

• Mechanical Isocenter Standard (MIS) — Checks laser light accuracy by an independent mechanical standard
• Rectilinear Phantom Pointer (RLPP) — Checks lasers and beam isocenters at the actual target coordinates
• Laser Target Localizer Frame (LTLF) — Provide doublechecks to ensure proper target coordinates
• Laser Angiographic Target Localizer (LATL) — Ensures that patient position is maintained at all couch angles; provides conformal beam shapes and target localization checks for fractionated SRT
• Depth Helmet — Verifies that the head ring has not moved
• CT/MR Phantom Head — Checks image data transformations and verifies total system accuracy
